By using this website and placing an order with Loved From Day One, you agree to the following terms:

General Loved From Day One is an online retail store based in South Africa. All transactions are subject to South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Products All products are intended for adult use. Loved From Day One is not liable for misuse of any product. Product images are for illustrative purposes — please refer to size guides and product descriptions before ordering.

Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

Payment We accept all payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

Shipping We ship within South Africa only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Delivery takes 5–8 business days from dispatch. Free shipping on all orders.

Returns & Refunds Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please refer to our full returns policy for details.

Limitation of Liability Loved From Day One shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
