Refund & Return Policy

Hygiene Policy Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Claims We will gladly assist if your item:
- Arrives damaged or faulty
- Is incorrect (wrong item or size sent)
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at lovedfromdayonesupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Use the subject line: "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"

Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a collection.
- If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
We may also offer, at our discretion:
- A replacement item (subject to stock availability)
- Store credit
Non-Eligible Returns We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
