Loved From Day One currently ships within South Africa only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing generally takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Some payment methods may require additional verification before processing begins, which may occasionally extend processing times.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

1–3 business days to major metropolitan areas.
2–5 business days for regional and outlying areas.
